At KOVYAN, we carefully select fulfillment partners to deliver your order reliably and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed and delivered.

Where We Ship

KOVYAN currently ships to customers within the United States and eligible U.S. territories.

We currently support delivery to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and eligible military addresses.

Processing & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product's fulfillment location.

Products fulfilled within the United States:
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Products fulfilled internationally:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

The applicable estimated delivery timeframe may be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Please note that these are estimated business-day delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of your order.

Depending on the total shipment weight, standard shipping charges may generally fall within the following ranges:

The final shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Expedited and overnight shipping are currently not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Delays

While we work to provide reliable delivery estimates, KOVYAN cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Customs or government processing
• Transportation disruptions
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

KOVYAN is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another fulfillment-related problem, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs where applicable

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Internationally Fulfilled Products

Some products may be fulfilled from outside the United States. The applicable delivery estimate will be shown on the product listing where available.

For orders with exceptionally high declared values, additional taxes or charges may potentially apply under applicable laws. Any such charges that are legally the customer's responsibility are not included in KOVYAN's standard product or shipping price.
