Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred product, choose your size and any available options, and click Add to Cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment using one of the available payment methods.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your location and availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kovyan.com.

We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed or sent for fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does KOVYAN ship?

KOVYAN currently focuses on serving customers in the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the product and its fulfillment location. Typical estimated delivery times are:

U.S.-fulfilled items: Approximately 2–5 business days
Other fulfillment locations: Approximately 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. The final shipping cost may depend on the product and delivery location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return requests for eligible U.S. orders must generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Are all items eligible for returns?

No. Certain items may be non-returnable or marked as final sale. Returned items must also meet our return conditions, including being unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with applicable original tags. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to a change of mind, sizing preference, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order details and photographs so we can review the situation.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, KOVYAN does not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return, you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for the preferred size or item.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Please review the size information provided on each individual product page. Because sizing and measurements can vary between styles, we strongly recommend checking the specific product measurements before placing an order. You can also visit our Size Guide for general guidance.

What should I do if I am between sizes?

We recommend reviewing the measurements for the specific product. For a more fitted style or a fabric with little or no stretch, choosing the larger size may provide a more comfortable fit.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

How do I care for my KOVYAN clothing?

Please follow the care instructions provided on the individual product page and garment label. Different fabrics and styles may require different care methods.
